He has extensive hands-on experience in marine species hatchery management, aquaculture production, microbiology, and histological analysis, making him highly skilled across multiple facets of marine science.
Throughout his career, Roberto has held roles such as Monitoring Officer, Hatchery Technician, and Aquaculture Farm Manager, gaining a broad perspective on operational and managerial aspects of marine and aquaculture projects. He is particularly experienced in coral propagation, shrimp farming, sea cucumber hatchery operations, and implementing sustainable aquaculture practices.
