Vocational Industry Placement (VIP)

The Vocational Industry Placement (VIP) is a supervised workplace learning component included in Envirotech’s training and assessment strategy. It enables students to apply and demonstrate the skills and knowledge required for specific units of competency in an industry setting.

VIP is generally an unpaid vocational learning activity under the Vocational Education Training and Employment Act 2000. Any payment offered is at the employer’s discretion and must comply with relevant workplace legislation and visa conditions.
